In Case of an Emergency

In the event of an emergency during normal business hours, please call ahead if possible so we can be available to treat your pet. Please do NOT use e-mail!

There is a veterinarian on call until 6:30pm Monday through Friday, from 8:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday, and 8:00am - 10:00am Sunday.

For after hour emergencies, we advise you contact the Capital District Animal Emergency Clinic or the Northway Animal Emergency Clinic. Directions are shown below.

From Interstate 87 (Adirondack Northway): Take Exit 6 (Route 2). From the exit ramp, head East onto Route 2 for 0.5 miles. Go straight through the Latham traffic circle. The Capital District Animal Emergency Clinic is 1.3 miles east of the traffic circle on the right.

From Interstate 787: Take Exit 8 (23rd St/Watervliet/Green Island). From the exit ramp, head West onto 23rd Street for 0.1 miles. Take a left onto Broadway. Make a right turn onto 19th street (Route 2) after 0.2 miles. The Capital District Animal Emergency Clinic is 2 miles up the hill on the left.
